回到家實在素有點累，
小睡一下到4點多，
起來看了一下棒球及籃球，
外面天氣那麼好，
約了球隊朋友柏叡去公園丟球，
然後又到大台北揮擊一下，
球量300顆，
球速90、110、130、140、150KM，
打的還OK。
今運動流了蠻多汗，
身體感覺舒服許多，
今晚一定會很好睡，
調整一下心情，
除了工作，
該完成的事一定要在時程內完成，
加油了，
一定要成功。
