快下班時星哥跑來梭外面下雨，
天氣不好就取消棒球課，
下次好天氣再上嘍。
下班時沒什麼雨，
我就自個到大台北練一下打擊，
沒有什麼人，
我就在140KM球道連續打200顆球，
除了盯球打擊外，
也有用到腰力，
不像之前只用手臂的力量，
打快190球時，
已滿身大汗了，
感覺快沒力了，
當然還是有打完啦。
運動流了滿身汗的感覺真爽，
下次來上籃球課好了，
粉久沒投籃了，
最近中午想看NBA VIDEO，
不過官網的VIDEO掛點，
無法看精彩好球，
改看MLB好了 XD
