起水泡了orz

下班時好久沒去大台北了，
經過時就順便轉進去揮個幾球，

原本設定揮200球，
打到140顆真的沒力了，
太久沒揮了，
想繼續揮都沒力氣。

打了140、150，
球感不是很好，
不過有幾球還是有咬重啦，
表現平平，
現在要開始舉啞鈴了，
強化自己的臂力。

忘了帶NIKE打擊手套，
左手中指起水泡，
很痛。
揮揮球抒發一下情緒，
感覺好很多，
希望一大堆鳥事就向揮棒一樣把它打出全壘打牆外...
