好冷呀orz

出門時突然感覺好冷呀，
氣溫也降太低了吧.....

晚上和Dennis去大台北打球，
一開始先打110km熱身，
天氣變的好冷，
前幾球手超痛的，
打完20球接著打壘球。
Dennis盯著球打後，
每球都打的不錯說，
所以揮擊時一定要盯球，
要不然揮空棒就浪費一塊錢了。
(存錢中一塊錢都粉計較XD)

接著打快100顆的150km，
一開始有幾球都揮空棒，
後來幾乎都有抓到擊球點，
打的還蠻OK的，
下次打球時記得戴打擊手套，
雖然小了點orz
多運動多健康啦~~~
