今晚(6/18)約大家到士林河提打籃球，

有Allen、Ryan、Dennis、Dennis朋友、Tony及採購部同事的弟弟，
想說應該沒什麼人，
結果越晚人越多，
第一次和大家打籃球，
感覺真的很讚。

後來有一隊來了一個人，
真不知在吊什麼，
個人真的超看不慣的，
所以也不太想守他，
我想我的修養還要再練吧，
只要看到這種人我都不太想打，
辛苦其它隊友了，sorry~
打到後來人真的太多了，
我們就到旁邊的框另起爐造，
二打二嘍。

運動的感覺真的很棒，
突然Dennis說要回家了，
已經十點了，
我們就想，有那麼晚嗎？
後來看了時間才八點而已，
哈，想說那麼急著回家幹嘛呢？
原來是我們聽錯，
並回家看足球 XD
好樣的~

打完球後和Ryan到附近冰店吃冰，
還蠻便宜的，才35元，
(寫到這突想到，還欠Ryan5元!!orz)
下次一定要再去吃。

NBA賽程結束了，
還好MLB這季有吸引我的地方，
就是天才小史的出賽，
真的太強了，強呀~
有空多運動，才會健康嘿 XD

今晚在長安高中上籃球課，

有涼帥、傑帥、哥及我，
好懷念呀，
之前常來這邊打球說，
有好多好多回憶 ><
我到時已開打了，
不過哥穿西裝沒有下場打，
涼帥太忙沒連絡好，
希望下次大伙能一起運動。

偶覺得跟二位帥哥打球真的很輕鬆，
涼帥就像Allen Iverson，
有外線也有犀利的切入(莫非是傳說中的犀利哥 XD)，

而傑帥就像Dirk Nowitzki，
外線超準的，

二位真的很厲害，強，
辛苦二位了，
也因為醬我們贏了好幾場，
好像只輸二場吧 XD

打到最後涼帥肚子痛了，
原因是昨晚過太爽吃麻辣鍋，
掯~真爽~
被迫取消比賽，
7:30就收工回家啦~
不過因為都一直打，
所以有運動到，
汗也流一下堆，
讚~

老話一句：多運動多健康啦~
特別是想減肥的朋友棉~哈~

哥雖然沒穿球衣，
不過卻在場邊當忠實觀眾，
超想拉哥下來打的，
不過醬皮鞋會容易壞，
希望下次能連絡好，
大伙能儘情的運動，

實在素有點打不起來呀，
突然不小心聽到一句：

今晚和Garnett、大宋在板橋體育場打籃球，
我差不多九點到，

Garnett說場上這隊已連贏10幾場了，
外線很準，動作也很多，
叫我要小心。

結果打了還好，
但真的很機車，
我們4比3領先時，
有一球我在搶籃板時對方推我，
我就叫了一聲，也搶到籃板並繼續攻勢，
對方就說叫那麼大聲有範規要喊呀，
我們就不理他們繼續打球，
醬也不行，就在那一直唸一直唸，
說叫那麼大聲幹嘛，
靠，真的是很無聊，
打球叫一聲也不行喔，
NBA、SBL亂叫的一大堆，
你不會去跟他們說不要亂叫喔，
無聊極點，
最後我們也贏了這場鬥牛，
對方就大聲說他們累了不想打了，
呵，還真是會惱羞成怒，
下次有空再來挑嘿，
別再說你們累了XD

今晚打的還蠻不錯的，
不過有幾球我在籃下都太急了，
沒看好就勾球，
進球率五成左右，
下次我再注意一下這壞習慣嘿XD

今早星總約在中山國中上籃球課，
有涼麵，信嫂及其它不太認識的前同事，

天空有點霧霧的，而且氣溫又降低，
感覺懶洋洋的。

一開始就報打全場，
哇里咧，很久沒打籃球一開始就是全場，
還說是我說的，有嗎ORZ
不管那麼多了，就打吧
打了2場全場，還全贏說，
真是辛苦其它球員了。
說也奇怪，星總怎不想來打全場呢XD

打完全場休息一下就4打4半，
大家外線還蠻準的，
我太久沒打球跳不動了，
不過有運動真的很不錯，
下次再來打籃球嘍。

今晚猴子軍團到親子河提練球，
有阿福、阿孟、正閒，

還有一位我忘了名 字XD
昨晚有收到練球簡訊，
所以今才有帶體育服裝，
要不然沒帶球鞋也不好打。

昨晚把指甲剪太短了，
今打第一場手指就小裂開，
還好沒影響到球感，
因為...因為...今球感不太好，
哈哈哈 :P

這幾天氣溫回溫，

今晚和Garnett在板橋體育場打籃球，
有段時間沒有打球了，

一開始動不太起來，
熱了幾場後，
轉到另一個場地後，
天勾竟然準起來了，
這已是高職時代的事了...

今天打的還不錯，
外線籃下都有5成以上的命中率，
不過Garnett今天反常，
外線熄火，
雖如此但助功還蠻多的。

可能是太久沒運動，
今晚流蠻多汗的，
肌肉也有點酸痛，
休息個幾天再來打棒球吧。

今晚又是籃球課，

吉進、君毅、星哥、涼麵、阿傑及我，
由於公司有事，
星哥及涼麵7點多才到，
我們已打到快沒力啦。

跟其中一隊打時，
有一個人跟涼麵起來爭執，
打球嘛，
運動比較重要，
我不太喜歡醬的場面。
打到8點多快沒力了，
最後幾球我沒卡位，
也沒搶籃板，
這種行為簡稱：看戲，
只差沒拿乖乖來吃而已，
哈哈哈，
被隊友抓包，噗~
好啦，真的沒力了咩，
下次改進。

這幾天身體不適，
今晚的籃球課本來不想到，

不過有人(涼麵)說「上班可以請假 打球可以當啦啦隊」，
這.....!!
好唄，就去看看好了。

今晚以前的同事吉進及君毅也來啦，
還有哥、星哥哥、涼麵、阿傑，
人粉很耶，
感覺好像回到以前一樣，
真好。

大伙三打三幾場後，
就有人來報隊了，
年輕小伙子真有力，
亂跑亂跳的追不到，
而且我身體又不適，
沒帶衣服來換，
打的很憋扭，
好啦，這些是借口，哈。

最後涼麵、阿傑和我跟別人三打三，
雖然戰術沒徹底執行到，
不過還是贏球啦，哈。
運動流汗的感覺真讚，

最近公司來了一些新人，
資訊部門有涼麵及阿傑的加入，

戰力提昇許多，
然而上體育課也會比較多人了。

今原本要上籃球課，
不過天空不做美，
竟下起大雨，
想說要取消了，
但還是有去上課啦。

一開始我們三人就在那熱身，
星哥有點給它慢耶，
原來是遇到老闆有事，
萊恩兄也來了。
突然天空又飄起雨來，
真的很機車，
不過我們還是打到9點，
由於地太濕，
我還滑倒，
真痛orz

打完球大伙一起去吃冰，
東聊西聊的真的很開心，
期待下次的籃球課啦 :)

今下班和國中同學到板橋體育場打球，
現在放暑假了，

球場早就被佔滿了，
人還真多咧，
跟別人報了隊，
一開始我們還連贏好幾場，
就在有一場，
我切入上籃時，
小拉竿一下球進得分，
這球真的粉漂亮，
場邊還有人拍手叫好，
但....
就在這時，
我的脖子扭傷了啦，
真的粉痛，
這就素人參呀orz

今天打的還蠻不錯的，
有些球進的真的粉漂亮，
手感不錯，
贏了蠻多場，
但也進了傷兵名單，
原本想梭這週要來上棒球課，
看來要等傷好才能打了。

實力素還不錯
但...照樣被偶們電

今晚打的蠻不錯梭
外線頻放冷箭
內線狂用鉤射
也有漂亮的助攻球
鉤射讓偶想起高職時代
偶的天鉤可素準到不行
(哈，小臭屁一下XD)
要不然就來個強力定版

今晚在新生橋下上籃球課，
到課同學有吉進、星哥、萊恩、哥、亞蘭姐、小柑仔、莎丹娜及威廉斯偶，

場地不盡理想，
都是沙子，
而且人又很多，
一開始偶們就展開ㄠ場攻勢，
後來旁有個空框，
移過企後就可以都自己人打了。

大家的身手依然還素很利害，
後來有人來報隊，
應對方有女生，
所以莎丹娜、亞蘭姐也要上場，
增加實戰經驗。
有一點要特別說明一下，
當對方沒投進，
另一方搶到籃板球後一定要回場，
就是要踩到三分線，
才可繼續進攻。

跟別人打會比較激烈，
體力也會消耗很多，
每位同學都有打到一場，
真的粉不錯。
最後一場可惜偶們輸了，
大家都儘力了，
星哥及萊恩辛苦了，
你們真的打的粉不錯，
嗯...
今年的鬥牛賽素一定要參加了，
別再說不啦。

最後打球時偶有把眼鏡拖下來，
哇里咧，跟本看不到，
打的不是粉理想，
下次打球偶要帶隱形眼鏡了XD

今晚猴子軍團練球日，
有阿福、正閒、阿孟、阿評及我，

原本都是在舊場地，
阿孟突然說我們換到另一邊去打，
原因是：打膩了！
是沒錯啦，那些人都有打過了，
也好啦，嘗試新的對手也是不錯啦。

到了另外一邊場地，
會來這邊打都是同一掛的，
而且很小氣，都不給報隊，說要走了，
結果還打上快1個小時，
案，是怎樣，
最後還是有報到隊啦。

對方有個人穿Kobe Bryant的NBA球衣，

阿孟今穿Jordan Farmar的球衣，

還是主場球衣，
看起來還蠻特別的說，
但倆個人卻沒同一隊，哈，
下次我也來穿Jason Williams的球衣好了。

今天自己打的還不錯，
除了籃下進攻，
外線命中率也蠻高的。
正閒今放槍連連，
可能是太累了吧，
阿福的拉竿後仰跳投還是一樣準，
我也來練一下好了，哈。

今晚猴子軍團在三重練球，
由於手受傷已快二個星期沒打球了，

雖然大力按還是會痛，
不過有好很多了。

原本想說練球就好，
結果還是有人來報隊了，
今天打的真的很不錯，
都以打戰術為主，
沒有硬幹，
這樣比較輕鬆啦，
也贏蠻多場的。

太久沒運動一開始還跑不太起來，
跳也跳不高，
熱了幾場後就打的比較開了，
雖然是冬天，
不過還是要運動比較好說，
強健體魄也不錯啦

課程：籃球課
地點：大同高中

球員：君毅、吉進、維星及二毛

一開始練球時有人來報隊，
看長像覺得蠻硬的，
不過就打啦，怕什麼，
有輸有贏，打的還不錯，
有幾場都差1、2分就贏了，可惜，
下次再加把勁嘍。

演「籃球火」裡的一個演員也來打，
之前就有聽君毅說過了，
但沒碰過，叫什麼名字我不記得說，
因為不熟，長的不高，
聽說球鞋還有墊高，
但球技還蠻不錯的啦，
有速度哦，我們沒有碰到他們那隊，
下次有碰到一定要尬一下的呀。

打幾場後人越來越多了，
我們就到旁球2打2，
根本就是狂操星哥嘛，
不過星哥進步很快說，
下次偶一定會加強防守的，哈。
小心偶的拐子呀，不留情的嘿

今晚天氣開始冷了，
聽說明天會更冷，

剛好今晚是籃球課，
可讓身體動一動，
不要冬天到了就像一隻熊，
窩在那動也不動的，
冬天也要讓自己覺得粉有活力才對

到課同學有：哥、星哥、弘舫、吉進、君毅及二毛偶。
一開始在練球時，
就有大同高中同學要報隊打全場，
不過後來還是3打3，
小孩子的體力就素那麼的充沛，
打球也瘋瘋癲癲的，
看起來有點幼稚，
不過說不定自己小時候也這樣，哈

有個同學不知是男的還是女的，
跟弘舫討論粉久覺得是個男的，
不過答案是女的，還是打球隊的說。
可惡，害我輸星哥一罐飲料，
怎麼看都不像女的說(應該不會粉傷人吧)

坐了一個小時多的板凳，
最後10分鐘偶有上場投一下籃，
但不敢動，站在原地跟阿呆一樣，
抱歉了，哥、君毅，
你們辛苦了

希望腳傷能快點好呀，
看大家在投籃，
真的很想上去打球說，
最可惡的是大家還在偶面前上籃、拉桿
