今晚士林沒有下雨，
騎到台北後下起雨來了，

今晚和怪獸到大台北揮棒，
很久沒看到怪獸了，
第一句話竟然是：「你變胖了」...
有嗎orz
還好吧，
所以要多運動呀XD

怪獸今帶了兩支木棒，
老實說，不太敢用木棒打擊，
如果打斷了就慘了orz

今晚都用木棒來打擊，
用的這支重量比較重，
揮起棒來真的很酸，
打到10球後感覺會沒力，
不過如果抓到球心的話，
會打的很遠說。

打了200球後滿身大汗，
真的太久沒運動了，
呼~應該會瘦吧....

昨晚晚上到大台北打個100多球，
結果一不小心手又起水泡了，
真的還蠻痛的，
而且我的鞋子竟然也半開口笑了，
天呀，看來下次去打擊不能穿休閒鞋呀

昨晚打擊狀況還蠻不錯的，
也流了滿身汗，
真的很讚~
多運動多健康 XD

今晚和Gary到大台北，

原本想說要動一動，
但球友真的太多了，
真的很不想排隊，
第一次在大台北沒有打球，
呵，醬也好，
讓自己放空一下...
腦袋也放空一下...

和Gary聊了快二個小時，
還蠻開心的，
沒運動到下次再運動，
不過Gary還要到新埔國中練球，
還真有心，
我也很想去，
但真的好累喔~
等比較不忙時我會回球隊的 XD

我接過不少投手的球，但這孩子真是不可思議！年輕的投手往往會讓自己球數落後，但他的投球卻不斷攻擊好球帶，投出來的球幾乎很少偏離好球帶，真的很驚人！

今晚和Ryan、Dennis到大台北揮棒，
Dennis還特別帶了打擊手套，

不過是高爾夫球的，
噗，還真高級呢。

我打了300球140、150km，
只有一個字可形容，爽呀，
醬的流汗真的很過癮，
還給它連續打了80球，
讚...

大家也打了200球，
結果Dennis的高爾夫球手套竟然破了，
還說那是1000安的傑作，
真是夠了XD
下次在旁邊買支200元左右的打擊手套，
也比較能保護手。

打擊完後就到旁邊測球速，
可能是下雨天的關係，
球都濕了，Ryan沒把120km的實力投出來，
當日最高記錄115km，讚。
經Ryan指導後，
Dennis當日最高記錄90km，
我是104km，
Dennis還對我說：你是吃素的嗎orz
噗！！！
下次投個110km給你看嘿，哈xd

我覺得打棒球後如雨水邊的流汗，
真的很爽快，
也可以減減我的大肚子，哈，

今晚上棒球課，

久違的哥現身了，
小嵐也來參與今的棒球課，
由於我沒有把時間約好，
所以有些老朋友沒有來運動，
下次會約明確時間的。

星總今晚打了100球竟然說累了，
跟上次有點不一樣說，
可能是公司太操了，
龍體保重呀 XD

哥在打擊時我有看了一下，
發現擊球點抓的很好說，
想必有偷練吧，哈哈
而且還打到銅鑼，
真的素很利害。

星總打擊時只要抓到球心，
就打的很遠，
果然是球員的料，
不過我想星總比較喜歡投球，
大台北的投球道也修好了，
可惜是手受傷，
下次再投好了。

小嵐好像第一次打棒球，
感謝星總的指導，
第一次打醬就很不錯了，
下次有棒球課再來玩玩唄，
希望明天上班不會鐵手 XD

我的肚子真的有點大了，
真的要多運動了，
我要瘦下來呀.......

今晚無意間聽到一句：
「一個挖洞，一個跳下洞」，
真的很好玩，
回想起之前在那工作，
喜怒哀樂雖有，
但有大伙在真的樂趣無窮，
想到之前瘋棒球籃球，
一下班就一窩蜂走人，
我想其它同事看了會傻眼，呵！

今晚星總約在大台北打棒球，

原本聽說會很多人，
但到最後基金部門的同事比較多，
該應是下雨的關係吧 XD

今天揮了300球，
流汗的感覺真的很讚，
把不好的事像小黃球一樣用力的打擊出去，
讓它遠離我 :)

我的嘴巴有破洞，
臉上真的沒有表情，
希望能快好些...

最近真的肥很多很多 ><

晚上和Gray到公園投棒球，
終於有運動到了，
哈哈，我需要流汗，
感覺很讚，
投完球後我們還繞公園跑2圈，
希望我快點瘦下來，
肚子大大的感覺很不好受 :P

出門時突然感覺好冷呀，
氣溫也降太低了吧.....

晚上和Dennis去大台北打球，
一開始先打110km熱身，
天氣變的好冷，
前幾球手超痛的，
打完20球接著打壘球。
Dennis盯著球打後，
每球都打的不錯說，
所以揮擊時一定要盯球，
要不然揮空棒就浪費一塊錢了。
(存錢中一塊錢都粉計較XD)

接著打快100顆的150km，
一開始有幾球都揮空棒，
後來幾乎都有抓到擊球點，
打的還蠻OK的，
下次打球時記得戴打擊手套，
雖然小了點orz
多運動多健康啦~~~

今晚和Dennis、Ryan到大魯閣揮棒，
由於10月份生日，

我有多領7枚，哈。
一開始就揮140，
太久沒打了，
打不到球，
而且又是輕的白球，
很難打，
打了120顆。

後來我們到後面打壘球及投球，
場地真的不大，
所以沒什麼fu，
就當快結束時，
Dennis說要投一下籃球，
噗，好吧，
來投一下好了。
太久沒投了，
手起酸的啦，
結束第一盤還要第二盤，
恩，不錯，
不服輸的個性，讚 :P
哈，輸贏不重要啦，
有運動到才素重點。

不過下次應該不會再來這打了，
還好我把代幣都全領出來，
雖然週四還是國球日，
原本一枚打20顆變30顆，
但場地真的不好，
下次改到大台北或大新莊吧，
多運動多健康。

今中午外出辦事情，
風雨真的很大，

為何沒放颱風假咧，
醬很危險耶，
唉，反正官員上班都嘛有專車接送，
不會了解上班騎車人的安全。

中午銀行的人也太多了點，
我就跑企大台北揮個幾球，
160顆140km，
雨天打球感覺真的很特別說，
打的好不好是其次，
真的很有FU說。

今試戴博叡給的NIKE打擊手套，
可能是我手掌比較大，
戴起來很緊，不太好打，
再多戴幾次看看好了，
看會不會撐大一些些，哈。

下班時好久沒去大台北了，
經過時就順便轉進去揮個幾球，

原本設定揮200球，
打到140顆真的沒力了，
太久沒揮了，
想繼續揮都沒力氣。

打了140、150，
球感不是很好，
不過有幾球還是有咬重啦，
表現平平，
現在要開始舉啞鈴了，
強化自己的臂力。

忘了帶NIKE打擊手套，
左手中指起水泡，
很痛。
揮揮球抒發一下情緒，
感覺好很多，
希望一大堆鳥事就向揮棒一樣把它打出全壘打牆外...

今早上在三峽拜完阿嬤後，
下午到大台北上棒球課，

不過天氣有點陰陰的，
希望不要下雨才是

差不多2點15，
和龜姨、大陸姨的無敵安全車隊從三峽靈隱寺出發騎到外面等秀玲阿姨及素鳳阿姨，
終於要出發了，
哇塞，真的醬的速度騎到板橋大家能忍受的住嗎
當然我們沒有在趕啦，
只素...只素...
原來素秀玲阿姨及素鳳阿姨騎的小棉羊50騎不快，
沒關係OK的啦，
這是有史以來最安全的車隊喔，
不趕時間慢慢騎嘍。

到板橋已是三點左右了，
招名哥哥及佳欣阿姨(佳欣阿姨，我要加薪啦)也開車來了，
厚，後面還有二個位子咩，
呀就可以幫忙載呀，
哈(Kidding)

蛋姨為何那麼晚到呢？
我想，這永遠都是個謎呀
等到我想了解我會去調查的。
而這時招亨哥哥已座在大台北等大家了，
我想他一定有去偷揮幾棒，
一定的啦
這點我也會去調錄影帶去查證的。

終於可以開始上課了，
大家先去打壘球，
這...這...
明明上的是棒球課咩，
不過還好，
最後還是有打棒球，
第一次打有這樣的表現真的很不錯，
畢竟，
是球不聽話，
自己不往球棒方向丟的，
絕對不是各位打不好的
下次我會跟球場反應的XD

話說蛋姨的壘球沒有打不到的球，
今天我實在是客氣了，
其實我一直都沒有粉認真打，
看來下次不尬一下不行滴

打完棒球就企投籃球機，
大家投的分數都很不錯，
第一次投嘛，
是球框太小了，
所以不能說大家投不準，
我說的沒錯吧

原本還要去鬥牛場打籃球的，
不過有阿姨想要保留體力明天好上班，
所以今就沒有上籃球課了，
這是好事，
保留體力讓自己在備戰狀態，
讚

到了晚餐時間，
我們先到文化路有家素滷味「鮮道」買吃的，
這家我有時下班也會來買，
真的粉好吃喔，
強力推薦。
買完招亨哥哥就帶大家到板橋縣政府32樓看夜景，
哇，我在板橋那麼久，
還不知那可以上去，
視野真的粉不錯
到了上面，大伙點了飲料，
邊吃晚餐邊閒聊，
原本還要來我家玩WII及蛋姨家唱KTV，
不過呢！由於時間真的太晚太晚了
已經七點多了(你們看，很晚了吧)，
明天還要上班，
這行程就取消了，
下次好嘍XD

剛下縣政府時看到旁邊有隻小小貓，
(這時招名哥哥及佳欣阿姨(我..要..加..薪..啦..)就先行離去了，畢竟偶棉不方便打擾咩 )
也太小太可愛了，
我們就去看了一下，
小小貓太緊張了，
往另一個方向跑，
拍謝，嚇到你啦

我們再往前走，
突然看到一隻小貓的屍體，
實在是很不忍心呀，
招亨哥哥就幫忙把它埋了起來，
希望小貓能安息

今天運動量雖然不大(我自己啦)，
不過蠻開心的，
大家有從三峽、中壢來的，
真的很不容易聚在一起，
而且都是阿姨們第一次上棒球課，
除了認真打球，
也瘋狂的拍照，
記錄著所有點點滴滴。
中場休息時也不忘了補糧，
吃的豆乾和雪裡紅的水煎包粉特別喔，
是特地去樹林買的喔，
真的粉不錯吃，
還有紅豆糕呢。
下次有機會再來上體育課啦，
