好久好久沒上籃球課了，
今晚一定要給它好好的動一動，

而且也要適應一下我的新鞋，
打完後感覺還沒適應說，
總是覺得不是很順，
手感也不是那麼的好，
最近常看美國夢幻隊的熱身賽，
真的超利害的，
邊看還邊運籃球，哈，
我相信我沒瘋

今晚的球員可分三隊打，
我朋友也一起來運動，
原本想佔整個場，
但人真的不是很多，
最後還是有人來報隊，
下次大家就打一個場啦，
還可有空檔休息，
到旁邊場打就會有人來報了。

雖然我沒加入旁邊場的戰局，
不過都會聽到傳出來的聲音，
好像很激烈說，
偶爾有看一下下，
大家投籃好像都蠻準的話，
而且還會拼全力搶籃板，
沒在下面看比賽真的是可惜了，
害我下場休息時忍不住扛起攝影機替各位錄影，
籃球週報第一集要出爐嘍，YA
(二毛覺得當搶到球時，不要急著出手，先頓一下，看好再投，這樣會提高命中率喔 )

打完3對3後一定要來一下罰球比賽嘍，
而且有人要請吃冰，
這...這怎麼可以不認真起來呢！哈
二毛我當然要小小的幫忙一下嘍，
真是辛苦君毅及吉進了，
感謝您們請大家吃冰ㄋㄟ，
下次一定要再來比賽哦，
大伙會使出渾身解數贏得獎品的，哈。

今晚的運動量我覺得還可以，
原本想說太操的話星期四的棒球課要暫停一下，
雖然運動是很健康的，
但如讓身體過度疲勞，
那就不好了，
不過...不過，看來星期四還是要上課的啦，YAYA
(不過還是要視身體狀況而定啦)

下次來分隊比賽好了，
就這麼說定了，
但由於每次上課的人都不一定，
所以下次上課時再分隊好了，
來個7戰4勝，
希望下次能有更多同學來運動嘍
